Claim a badge!

This form is for submitting claims for badges earned during your shooting. It is the responsibility of the individual archer to claim badges, awards etc. All awards are subject to ratification by the Records Officer. It is for members of Malvern Archers only. Please note some badges (MB and above, Roses, FITA Stars etc. are awarded directly by ArcheryGB). Your claim will be checked by our Records Officer against your entries in Golden Records (so make sure you enter your scores there first!) and awarded as soon as appropriate thereafter.
