Communications – club & local

The Club will retain your email address (as submitted with your application for membership). We use MailChimp to send out newsletter emails (from our Secretary@malvernarchers.co.uk) account to all members of the club. You can unsubscribe from these emails if you wish, but if you do, please be aware that you will miss out on notices for the committee, the AGM, renewal reminders and other important stuff about your club. Obviously if you’re leaving the club, we’re sorry to see you go and hopefully our mailing list will reflect you not being a member any more. We also do the odd post on our page on Facebook (this is a members only page, only members can access it) and some include photos – we hope this is okay. WE WILL NOT PASS ON YOUR DETAILS TO ANY THIRD PARTY OUTSIDE OF THE REQUIREMENTS TO MAINTAIN YOUR MEMBERSHIP. and reserve the right to contact you on important non-promotional issues relating to your membership.
