Club committee

Malvern Archers is run by its management committee operating according to the Club Constitution. In general the committee meets monthly, often using teleconferencing. Dates of these meetings appear on the club calendar. Members that have any points they would like to have raised for discussion at a committee meeting should email the club Secretary so that they can be added to the agenda appropriately.

Club Constitution

The club is governed by its Constitution (a copy can be found on our policies page). The constitution lays down the rules for the running of the club including the appointment of a committee. It also lays down ways for the general membership to make suggestions for significant changes to the constitutional running of the club through ‘General Meetings’.

General meetings

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place during the last ten days of August, the exact time & place to be decided by the committee. Other General Meetings (EGM) may be called from time to time according to the rules laid out in The Constitution. Notification of General Meetings will be sent out six weeks in advance.
