Club Development Assistants

Starting from 2024 Malvern Archers is, in partnership with other local clubs, starting a program to upskill members who express an interest.

The intention is to provide a skilled workforce to assist the club’s coaching staff, thereby broadening the services we can offer to our membership and the wider community.

At the moment we’re doing 2 levels:

• Entry level – for members wishing to assist the coaches running events, such as beginners’ courses & ‘have-a-gos’.
• Intermediate – to enable members to run beginners’ course (or similar) sessions on their own.
